Your events and your audience

This service provides event creation, public event pages and promotion tools. Events must have a genuine public attendance or application route. You are responsible for accurate event information, permissions for uploaded content, venue arrangements, eligibility, accessibility information and compliance with applicable rules.

Review and publication

Bump can review, reject, suspend or remove misleading, unlawful, unsafe, infringing or inappropriate listings. Edits to approved event information are reviewed before the public version changes. Discovery in the Bump app is coming soon; no ranking, impression count, attendance or sales volume is guaranteed.

Plans and trials

Free includes one publication per month. Plus is £9.99 per month for five publications; Pro is £19.99 per month for twenty. Each dated occurrence counts separately. Submission reserves a publication, rejection releases it, and a published event uses it permanently for that period. Quotas do not roll over. Editing an existing published event does not consume another publication.

Free remains free after its welcome period. Plus and Pro each offer the same once-per-organisation 14-day trial, available when launched. No payment card is needed to try a paid plan. A trial returns to Free unless you explicitly subscribe through checkout. The recurring amount, billing period and applicable tax treatment will be shown before payment.

Cancellation and external ticketing

Manage subscription renewal through the billing portal. Cancelling renewal retains access through the paid period, then returns the workspace to Free. Ticket purchases are handled by the event’s chosen ticket provider. The organiser and that provider manage event cancellations and ticket refunds. A click recorded by Bump is not proof of a purchase.

Accounts and team access

Keep account credentials secure and only invite authorised teammates. Owners are responsible for workspace access and billing. Do not upload private app conversations, attendee lists or private invitation-only events to public listings.

Before commercial launch

Paid checkout remains closed while launch configuration is incomplete. Bump’s legal entity, support and complaints contact, subscription cancellation and refund terms, and any required consumer notices must be finalised before commercial availability. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
